RETURN POLICY

Returns

As we deliver food products we do not allow returns after the customer has accepted their order. Customers should inspect the goods before accepting their order, if they do not want the item, they should return it to the delivery person.

Refunds

If an item is out of stock or you do not accept your order. Refunds will take place as soon as possible. Banks take usually 3-4 days to process a refund depending on the card issuing bank This process has in the past takend upto 2 weeks. We take food safety very seriously, if there is a quality concern please contact us.

Exchanges

Sorry, as we sell food, we do not accept exchanges. Please check your goods before accepting from the delivery persons.
